Every Row Is What Is Still Outstanding
Each month shows what remains, not what it started as. If you have already paid part of it down, the row reflects that. A month only reads as settled when it is genuinely zero, and the months still showing a balance add up exactly to the headline figure at the top. No mental arithmetic, and no rows that disagree with each other.
Shared income is folded in too, so if one of you received something the two of you share, it settles against the balance the same way an expense does.
Settle a Single Month
Tap any month that is still outstanding and it opens right there in the report. Enter the amount, add a note if you want, and settle it. You do not have to clear the whole balance to make progress, and you do not have to leave the page to do it.
